Twiga Bancorp Limited welcomes all stakeholders to its website. We have in mind our esteemed customers who are the purpose of our existence as well as non-customers, whom we cordially welcome to our bank to test our flavour. We wish to welcome the non-customers to test us, and we know once they have tested us they will not go away, as has been the case with all who have tested us. The bank offers excellent personalised services to the extent that even when customers do not have anything to do in the bank they will want to get into the banking hall just to have the feel of the intimate interaction they experience with the employees of the bank. Indeed it is one of the few banks that a customer can talk to everybody from the bank’s clerk to the CEO in one day without appointment. They are very accommodating and flexible; and all this because they know their business very well.

We also have in mind the shareholder who is the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania. The bank maximises value for its shareholders; not only in the form of share-value as is the case with other businesses, but also personalised services to the general public (citizens of Tanzania who own the Government and therefore this bank) in their capacity as shareholders.
